Tuesday, April 22, 2014. I know, things have been quiet on the blog-front. But that only reflects how busy we are foraging, farming and spending lots of time outside! Is expanding and we are doing plenty of workshops for individuals and groups these days. Still loving this work! Eat ripe mulberries fresh or cooked in a variety of dishes. Discussion on fishing techniques, tackle, knots and presentations, as well as hands-on fishing in a lake and spring-fed creek on site. Proper care of fish, cleaning and filleting are also included.
